1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Life Cycle Studios’ services—whether in person or online—you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s consent to attend classes. All riders must complete a signed waiver before participating.

3. Studio Policies

• Booking & Cancellation:
  Class reservations can be made online. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing the class credit or incurring a fee.

• Late Arrivals:
  Riders arriving more than 5 minutes after class starts may not be permitted entry for safety reasons.

• Studio Etiquette:
  Respect fellow riders, instructors, and studio staff. We maintain a positive, inclusive, and empowering space.

• Attire:
  Proper athletic wear is required. We recommend cycling shoes with SPD clips (available for rent at the studio).

4. Memberships & Class Packages

• Auto-Renewal:
  Monthly memberships auto-renew unless canceled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal and billing date.

• Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable:
  Memberships and class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as required by law.

• Founders Packages:
  Founders' rates are introductory, limited-time offers and may not be available after the promotion ends.

5. Health & Safety

By participating, you affirm that you are in good physical condition and do not have any medical condition that would prevent you from safely engaging in indoor cycling. Consult your physician before starting any fitness program.

6. Limitation of Liability

Life Cycle Studios is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during use of the facility or participation in classes. You assume all risks associated with physical activity.

7. Modifications

Life Cycle Studios reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in Randall County, Texas.
